イタリア大使館シェフのモンタルベッティさんに教わる、自宅でも簡単に作ることが出来るイタリア料理。
今回配信するのは、看板デザート「ティラミスレシピの決定版!簡単ティラミス」
普段お菓子作りをしない人でも簡単に、美味しく作れるレシピとなっています。
丁度いい甘さです。ぜひ作ってみてください。
【材料】(8人分)
卵 4個 (白身と黄身にわける)
マスカルポーネチーズ 500 g
レディフィンガービスケット 300g
グラニュー糖 100 g
エスプレッソコーヒー 1カップ
ココアパウダー(甘味なし) 大さじ2

4 eggs whites and yolks separated
Mascarpone cheese (room temperature) 500 gr
Lady’s finger biscuits (Savoiardi) 300gr
Granulated white sugar 100 gr
Freshly brewed coffee about 1 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoon

私はSAVOIARDIのレディフィンガービスケットをカルディで購入しました
(販売は各店舗によって異なると思います)
ポイントはコーヒーに浸しすぎないこと!シェフのようにさっとくぐらせる程度です
・エスプレッソコーヒーはコーヒー店で淹れてもらったものでも◎
濃いめに淹れたコーヒーでも美味しくできました!
・自動の泡だて器がない方は手動の泡だて器でも作れます(気合いで混ぜましょう!)
